As part of our standard management service we provide a five-year budget. Within this we identify both regular annual costs and also significant maintenance and major work items. With clear and concise budgeting we are always able to provide an accurate statement on cost outgoings.
Keeping a accurate budget is essential to ensure our clients remain solvent. We also have individual dedicated bank accounts for each of our management clients, held in trust with the NatWest bank.
